working vaccation

hey guys ,,

as many of you know i own and run a small produce stand over in the puget sound area of Washington state, because of that the past couple of weeks i havent been in game much ,, have been busy getting things pulled out of storage and packed up for when we head over to get set up for the season.

Well the time to head over and set up is this week end saturday may 15 as a result im going to be totally gone from game for several weeks mabey up to a month depending on how busy things are,,, wont even have internet hock up till some time next week so wont be able to keep up with forum boards here... so basicly i just wanted to let you all know im going to be out of touch for a while :P

As a side note id like to take a sec to say thank you to Don and to Ben for the work they did for me on my web site for my produce stand.. have already heard from several of my customers

Am hoping to be in game atleast once before we leave on saturday to hang out and party with you guys. if i dont make it into game ill definatly give you all a shout out when i get my internet conection....

Ltol you guys are going to be in the area? Jill and I might have to come get some food from you! Where and when are you going to be set up? I read the website, it looks like Kent, but I just want to be sure. EDIT: I read some more. It looks like you're going to be at the Yakima Valley Produce stand. Let me know if that's true. Jill has been wanting a road trip.

See lots of pitures of your stand but none of you. So, does this: a) Indicate you are camra shy b) So ugly you break camras, cause women to flee at a glance at you and make small children cry with terror. :) Good luck and hope you do well this season.

LOL to morttech ... all of the above bro ,,, the young lady in some of my pics is my daughter adlieana ( rp in my guild) she helps me out the farmers market and if it wasent for her id be out of it totally -). TO vampiresbane .. hey bro yeah the address for the yakima valley produce stand is us and you can find me ther 5 days a week ,,, wensday is the only day we are closed because thats the day im on the road to pick up fresh produce ,,, a vary long day for me. up at 5 am on the road by 6 am and not back to the stand till around 5 or 6 pm in the evening ,, a 300 to 600 mile round trip depending on how many farms i stop at. then another 4 hours or so getting every thing unloaded and set up and restocked so we can open the next day. the other day im kind of not there is saturdays thats the day we do the kent farmers market ,, my wife stays at the produce stand to run it while me and my daughter do the farmers market.. if you would like to stop by the stand on a saturday make sure its after 4 pm ,,, usually back to the stand by then ,,, market ends at 2pm :P Then again your alweays wellcome to stop by and see us at the farmers market on saturdays to ,, the address and times for that is listed on the website as well...

oh and vamp opening day is friday may 21st ,, AKA a week from to day ,, but will be heading over tomarrow the 15th to start getting set up but with 4 trailers to haul from home over to where the produce stand is im going to be on the road alot over this week so probly best to wait till after we are open before you stop by -) hate to have you stop by and we arent there -)

Sounds good. What I'll probably do is stop by your place in Kent at the farmer's market there since it's a lot closer for me. I'll have to check the dates you guys will be there. It looks like you'll be there June 5th so I'll try and stop by then.

Hmm, can't wing a 3000 mile road trip, so will have to settle with pictures of the food. ::laughing:: On the note of growing your own stuff, I haven't done it in years, but grew up on a farm. Imagine growing 20 different veggies in a acre size field that you as the kid gets to weed! LOL! Could not convince mom that it would grow just as great grandpa's and he did NOT weed and he had the BEST peas I ever had. (Yes, great grandfather is right here. He died when I was 19 at the age of 85. One of my best resources for 20's and 30's life in America from a living source. =D ) Good luck on your produce selling this year and I'll see you in game when you get the chance, or at least chat at ya on vent. =)

WHOOT got my internet connection today so now atleast i can keep track of things here on the boards ,,, some what. hey vamp: feel free to stop by at the farmers market bro it runs every saturday starting june 5th from 9am to 2pm. if you should miss us at the market the produce stand is like a 15 min drive or so depending on traficv from the farmers market.. you can always use map quest to get driveing direction from the market to our produce stand before you leave just to play it safe -) hey Briseadh: just use one of the online airplane ticket sites and book a flight out here in august could get ticks for 2 dirt cheap if you plan that far ahead ,,, then i could stuff you and your huby with fresh peaches while your here lol -) ill try to pop into vent this week end hopefully will be able to jump into game on sunday for a little bit.. if im lucky we open on friday and im already beat.. Hey Ben and Don: And for that matter any of you guys that live in the area ,, your all wellcome to do a road trip and come on up to the produce stand.. mabey plan t as a meet and greet or something for a late saturday afternoon or on a sunday... if its a sunday i could crank up the B B Q and we could make a giant picnic of it -)
