i ordered Brilliant Diamond
and i received Inert Prism
he also sent me 10 Lightbane Diamond which is correct order but
he accepted 8 of Brilliant Diamond but sent me Inert Prism
i accidently accept the mail in hurry so i didn't see the name but that shouldn't be a problem to you guys since you can see who took my order. thank you very much for taking care of this
please tell me who to send back 8 of Inert Prism and hopefully i would get 8 of Brilliant Diamond

Look in your email and it would say in the email. You receive 2 emails per workorder. One email to state that the workorder has been claimed and who claimed it, the 2nd to tell you items have been sent and from whom.
Yes, you should also have an email for who claimed and also for delivery. If you don't have either of those, let us know.
I know those fool inert prisms look like the brilliant diamonds causing me to be sure I'm sending the right thing to the right crafter of my own toons. =)
Added note: When sending things for marketplace orders, it is good to type something in the body of the mail. This makes it so it doesn't disappear when the person takes the item. It also lets them reply back easier with a thank you since the mail won't delete until they physically do so.

i am not sure if this right but no matter how hard i look at it. this is what it says on all 4 of my mails Greetings Nikhil, Your request for 2 Brilliant Diamond has been filled by Foghladha and sent to Heartfiliax. If you have any problems please contact bfoley@gaisciochnaanu.com Thank you for supporting your local family crafter's! and there are 4 of these emails but i received the wrong item
I filled them yesterday from the guild vault. Those two items look near identical. Ill toss you out 10 brilliant diamonds when I log in.
