Issue with non-credit for the Cow Event in Shimmer last night (Gm sorted it out)

Last night there was an issue where our raid group didn't make it to the boss before he was downed, although we had participated in the entire event we got nothing for it, not even one lil planar.

An FYI for anyone who had or has this happen to them, submitting a ticket works np. This is the response I got back.

I really like how Trion has been very helpful with their customer service even if they pointed out me being an idiot now and then. LOL! I got a free swap, on time only, on buying the wrong shoulders from the rare planar vendor and politely told it cost more for something I bought before messing with the AH. =D But they can verfiy things fairly quickly of where you were and what you did. I've had them take under 24 hours to respond, even on a holiday weekend. I definitely give Trion two thumbs up on how they handle customer service.

<3 Yes, they really are so great with their support! I too have had it happen lots of times and just blew it off as one of those, "well that's how it is, you don't make it to the boss your bummin'," sort of things. Well, at least I did until Ember Isle. Last night was the first time I even thought to ticket it. When we got to the boss and got nothing I said, hey wait a minute, why is this different from EI?! Where if you participate, but don't make the boss, you still get credit? My brain was with me at the time and said, hey lets put in a ticket, what could it hurt? hehe *loves it when her brain isn't laid up with gastrointestinal illnesses :P

Hehe! Or more notably know as brain farts or brain freezes, Bella? I have these, that's for sure. Anyway, even if they don't always have all the options for a ticket you want to report, they still take them seriously and will answer quickly and politely.
