Olora crafted me (Thesheen on the Defiant side) a Tormentor's Band yesterday (the ring for the Tormentor's Battlegear set). Apparently, she crafted the first one ever done on Faeblight!

Grats Olora! I know how much plat those items from the vendor cost. Trion's vendor mats prices are ridiculous at any level, but 100 plat??? Lord love a duck....
Ummm...well, thanks, but first in shards for crafting simply happen when unusual/less than cookie0-cutter augments are used. It was far from the first Tormenter's Band, simply the first one with that particular augment. Glad you got the first one though!
