good to hear this.. The one good thing is - that in logging into this server during the last Beta - none of my names were used - hopefully it will stay that way until I get into the game.

Good news then as I am already used to Faeblight as a server name. I am going to truy to get off of work tomorrow, but this is supposed to be our bussiest weekend all year, all those Cali students trying to meet the March deadline for their FAFSAs. Hope I can get some game time in before the weekend, but it will be limited :-(
Hitting the grocery this afternoon to load up on "gaming food" to stock the mini-fridge with. We have a bathroom, mini-frigde, futon, tread climber and our gaming room upstairs in the loft. I even bought a small microwave a few months back. I don't see myself having to go downstairs for days! And I can even get some excercise in! The wife will just have to take care of the mail and cats! LOL. See some of you in about 23 hours!
I will be there right at the beginning. Doing all my stuff for work and pre-cooking today to spend some time enjoying the game. Can't wait to see everyone!

Just wanted to pop in to greet everyone, and say I will be playing Rifts starting tomorrow. Although my play time will be sporadic, I would very much like to come back to the family for the time I will have available. I have missed you all.
Me to Work: "Is it too late to request some time off?" Work to Me: "Do you really need the time off?" Me to Work: "It's not a doctor's appt or anything like that." Work to Me: "What is it for, exactly?" Me to Work: "To participate in a community building event." Work to Me: "Really? What will you be doing exactly?" Me to Work: ((at this point I gave up)) "Playing the launch of a new game online" Work to Me: "You should have planned further ahead, no, we can't approve your time off" So I'll be logging in @ 7:30 CST hoping my fav name isn't taken. Such is life.
