Heard someone asking about that, said it changed their 100% completion? Or is the overall 100% not affected, just the individual map?
I went and grabbed the new waypoint. The addition did change my 100% completion on the individual map. Cannot speak to world completion as I am not quite there yet but thanks for letting us know so I can go back and grab it.
While adding new waypoints will change the percentage of map completion for that map, if you have already completed that map, you won't get another map completion reward. I'm not sure if it affects the World Map Completion score for those that did complete that map but not yet the world (my case) because the percentage change was too small, but if you already had 100% World you won't lose your achievement/title/star.
I checked on my character that had earned the "Been There, Done That" title for map completion and discovered that there were now three waypoints I did not have open. The one mentioned here, one in Brisban Wildlands, and one in Straits of Devastation.
World Map completion did reflect the fact that I had not completed these waypoints (508/511 - 98%) however it had no effect on my title.
I am now current again! :)

Yeah, it does impact the titles at all, but you do need to find them to have your map say 100% again. I need to go get the three Sly mentioned. Due to not playing much since around the New Year, I also had the one they added in Cursed shore earlier, so Briseadh has that one done. At least, I don't have to ask where the others are thanks to Sly listing them. ::chuckles:: Thanks! Someday I might run over them.
