Warhammer really needs something on the shelf. I can't say I've seen a copy of WAR on a shelf of any store I've visited since about 2 months after the game was released. Meanwhile World of Warcraft still seems to be a permanent fixture of every store that stocks computer games (in most cases even including a full display stand).
The big difference there is you have to pay for a copy of wow. Since war went free 2 play they stopped charging for a copy of the game. When you activate your trial account no game copy is needed. This means for stores to carry a product that is free is a waste of shelf space. My wallmart still sells gamecards front and center. Regardless an expansion on the shelf should help revitalize the game a bit.
