Are you meant to get a conq gold bag from a claimed if if the pairing lock? I know you get anni from the zone lock but I also thought you get an extra bag if you still had the keep after a pairing lock? Anyone know?

You just get 1 bag. When the zone flips and the keep star rating is high enough for a conq bag thats what you get. You dont get a extra bag if the pairing locks. Block is guild leader of nuada and gets both anni and conq bags, like i said depending on star level.
Conq bags come when you lock down a pairing and own a keep in that pairing.
The reason we asked is we held a keep in DW, and didnt release it as the fight moved on to Caledor, and then elf eventually locked. We did get the gold bag from the zone lock but not from the pairing lock. ... but we have never gotten one (from those times when we forget to release a keep) from a paring lock.
I was a guild leader when I was playing destro and I used to get conq gold bags from pairing locks. We always tried to claim a keep and get gold bags for our up and coming members and give them away at guild events. Some this has been bugged in the past and gold bags never came. But from my understanding and experience, yes, conq gold bags are supposed to come from pairing locks while having a keep claimed, unless something has changed in the past 3 to 4 months.
We have held keeps during zone locks and not gotten bags too (3 times now that I am aware of - bug reported with no resolution each time). We have never gotten one for a pairing lock, thats why we thought we needed to bring it up :(
