Hey Everyone,
Theres been a whole lot of confusion surrounding leading and participating in events. While Don & I tend to post immediately, MOST leaders will not post until the following day sometimes even 2 days. Don & I have an advantage by having multiple computers available. The system is built to allow players to post the events whenever they like. Now another keypoint is that WE need to start seeing that Leadership is hard enough, logging everything down is an extra difficulty. Not everyone will be able to pull it all off. We need to be patient, and forgiving if a leader can not get their event online. The idea is not to point chase but to encourage people to play together. This is the real advantage behind the system. Please realize that IF a leader posts the event then its a bonus to being able to participate in their event, not a requirement. Often times pickup groups can just be too chaotic. Battle for Badlands T1 was so chaotic I didn't get the event up until after the event. It's very difficult to keep control and log everything at the same time.

When life settles down I'll be revisiting the leadership console to try to make it easier, but thats about a month or two out. Right now I've got to move and keep my job in the process. Please be Patient.

Ben, Thank you for posting this. While I generally only lead PvE I was certainly not feeling inspired to lead any PvP and was seriously considering leaving the game. That kind of pressure does nothing for me, but make me resistant and passive aggressive. We have all had to plug along at getting our points to promote up in the guild, and this takes time. I like this system a lot and was worried when it felt like people were trying to buck the system and fast track for no reason. This guild does not punish you for not being a certain level, and I failed to see the point in hurrying to a higher rank within the guild. Thanks again for the clarification, Tearney

Quick question - if a PQ or BO on a busy night gets missed in the overall Fellowship claim pool - do you want an ingame mail so you can add it or if you had sent one WB to do that PQ - do you want that wb lead to list it? I need to do my official leadership & formation training before the new quarter begins - but this has been one of those instances that doesn't happen very often.

Ok. Foghladha is right. I'd like apologize if I was being a pain in the neck with my "please log the victories" rap. I never wanted to disencourage people to lead. I was just worried to show that logging victories was important. I had the feeling some people were overlooking it. Now, if you can't log the victories for some motive, it's ok. You don't have to. Just, please, keep in mind that it's important for some people.
