and I can't login ANYWHERE but the account management page. I'm hoping all this means is that I'm waiting on some happy little Bioware employee to flip a switch to validate my account again. (But it's been an hour and Destruction is running rampant!!!1111!)
Any suggestions? Can't use old forums, can't use new forums because not recognizing account, can't even use customer support to email, ugh.
Your account has a different password than your login. Let me find out the links for each.
I have an EA account and I'm all good on the EA side I guess. But it's not recognizing my game account login and password on the WAR side if that makes sense. In other words I guess it's not validating my WAR game.
So I can't link them because they require you to login, but I walk you through them.
To change the password to the Master Account (read as account login):
Either:
1. Put account name in and ask for an email sent to you to change password. Note you must put down the email connected to this account.
-or-
2. Once logged in, go the sections just under the title "Account Management" and select heading change password.
To change the password to login into the game
(what you actually want I imagine):
1. Login into Master Account
2. Go the first tab "Subscriptions" under the heading "Account Management."
3. Press "change password" at the bottom.
4. You should now be at the "Change Game Account Password" page and once you've changed your password here, use that pw during login and you should be fine.

What does the account manager say about your account? You should be able to change or reset your password from there. I saw another person having the same issue. Andy and james have been afk for a while probibly meetings. Ill see what info they have for ya.
Game Login says "Authentication failed. Please re-enter your login credentials" Just changed my password on the Master Account page on the WAR site and waiting on verification on that.
Well resetting the password worked for some reason. Thanks Vamp and Ben, now I'm patching up. Hopefully will see you soon.
