It's that time again for me to let you in on a few secrets I'm working on. Over the next few months We will have a new wave of features coming to the family. In this phase of our family growth I will be working hard to blend the lines between Guild and Alliance. I want us as a collective to stop thinking of us separate from the alliance and start thinking of us as one large family. With members like Blockhead and Charm participating in our ventrilo and website the blending will become easier. If we can unite under one roof we will become an unstoppable force. Here is an outline of some of the features which I think will help unify us.
Alliance Integration to our website
Over the coming months I will begin deploying a method for alliance members and friends of the family to register to our website and earn FHP along side the rest of us. In addition our site will become the go to place for events and information. It's my hopes by doing this we can strengthen the family even more and build more awareness of what were doing and when. I will work on Icons to separate the GnA's from the other families as well as a method that shows us, Alliance, and Friends of the family. In addition as they progress through the ranks they will have the ability to lead raids in our system which will allow all of you guys to mark participation.
The Awards System
A lot of you may be drooling at whats sitting in the 3rd page of the Gaiscioch vault. Sentinel Belts, +19 talismans, Invader Gear, Rare Dye (In stacks of 5) all that gold and no play. Well what I plan to do with it is allow people to use Kinship Medallions (1 Kinship Medallion per 500 Family Honor Points).

The collective half of the family. As we move forward I will begin allowing other guilds in our alliance and friends of the family to place characters in here. As the family grows I will have a page of the vault devoted to alliance gear. These items will be awarded the same way that it is outlined in the awards system. This will allow us to as a collective grow stronger and help cut down the barriers within the alliance.
Donations for FHP
In addition I am going to make a new way to earn bonus FHP in the form of donations. Instead of putting stuff directly into the vault I'm going to start asking that people donate stuff by mailing it to specified people who will mark your donations in the system. The level of your donation will result in higher point values. By doing so the big contributors will be able to choose stuff from the vault more often. I will put a official walk through up when the system is complete. I just thought I'd get any feedback before I start making some major changes.
Tier 4 Day: Sunday's
In addition I am planning on launching a Tier 4 Day on Sunday Afternoons starting this summer. This hopefully will give the weekend warriors a chance to join in the fun. I plan to let it be a mix of oRvR and PvE depending on what we feel like each week. If we don't have enough to break out the Trinity or Eagle then we can go do Bastion or something similar. In the long term this will get our name out there in T4 and Hopefully things will get easier for us. Right now building a reputation is critical and to build a rep we will need to be seen.
Tier 2 Thursdays
I will be bringing back Thursdays Tier 2 oRvR night. It is my hopes that we can introduce new players to the Gaiscioch during out T2, T3, and later T4 nights so that they know us by the time they get to T4. T2 nights are always a big hit. I will be having the Dannan's rotate between T2 and T3. I would encourage everyone to try to keep a character in each of these tiers so that we can continuously make our face known in T2-4. This will also help to keep the family growing bringing in new faces each week.
Those are the major changes i have for the summer months. Please keep in mind that I may not be able to run every sunday, I may need to have stand in's. I will be picking up my daughter on the 25th of june and will have her till the 25th of july so i will be spending as much time as i can with her while shes here. I only get a month of the year to see her so I want to make the best of it. I'm also getting married July 24th so it will be a crazy month. I still plan to keep the Tues/Thurs Raids going.
