I think we did alright last night. We got rolled by a sea of Destro but we were outnumbered and outranked. So it's okay. We'll get them back eventually.

I think it was a very good night for order. That's about the 1st time i'v ever seen order defeat the zerg before the fort. When you think that order was outnumbered probably 1.5:1 in DW and we (with the help of other guilds) were able to stop them is rather impressive. It was a war of attrition last night and we won. Eventually they got discouraged and logged off in numbers, and not only were we able to eventually take the keeps DW, we were able to capture the zone. I think about 2-3 hours before the zone cap had I said in /2 that we will zone lock in 2.5 hrs. I would have been laughed at because destro was so close, but it happened because of our dedication. In addition to preventing the lock of DW, Gaiscioch was able to prep both the dwarf and human lands for zone captures, which both occured later in the evening. Any other night of the week this would not be posible for order because of the lack of manpower. Everyone would be needed in DW, and DW would still have probably fallen. But, because of the extra 2.5 WBs we brought, all this was able to occur. What looked like a very bad night for order at one point (destro was pushing fort in all 3 pairings) turned into an order victory with the three zone caps. Clearly we did something right. Even though we had some defeats (the 1st citadel and a couple time in DW come to mind). These losses will happen, expessially when 75% the WB isn't 40. As we grow in numbers and strength we'll only get better. So i'd say kudos to all who participated last night, and expessially our leaders - Darh, Grego, Wurjha, and Okri. Without your leadership much of last night would not have been possible. On a side note, I think that the zone lock scoring system should be reconsidered in light of last night's events. We were given full points for 2 zone locks last night. For one it was a real fight (human) were we had to actively participate and hold for nearly an hour. The other (dwarf) we stood at a BO 15-20 minutes and got free medallions. To me there is a clear difference in these two scenerios. Also, we did not claim any of the BOs / keeps in dwarf earlier in the evening to help prep the zone for later zone cap. My suggestion would be to possibly have to different entries into the system for zone locks. One where we actively take keeps / BOs / heavy defense, and then a second entry that is worth less points where we just defend for the last 10-20, or whatever mins. I think some points should be given for guarding a BO the last 15 mins, even if no-one shows because its a positive externality for the guild / order, but it shouldn't be full points. This could fix the problem we had last night where dagh was asking in vent whether or not to award points for the zone lock because on one hand we didn't do much but on the other we did defend for 15 mins and lock the zone. Thats my 2 cents on last night. Overall I had a really great time. Thank you everyone for the fun evening.

Gimba is speaking very wisely....T4 as many of us know is a totally different animal than any other tier...thereareplayers in there that may be capped at level 40 but their gear is equivalent to a level50 or higher - they have been there a long time and have all the best stuff - when it takes a group of 5 to take down a level 40 destro warrio I don't feel bad or disappointed - he is probably equiped to the hilt and with many points of renoun spent on extra armor and toughness bonusses. It is just a factof life in T-4 - these guys are tough and to take them out takes a lot of teamwork and coordiantion....andpaying attention to what your Trinity leader says...if this involves changing directions5, 10, or 15 times -that's what you do....if it is waiting at a BO for 15 mins. with nothing to do but watch the clouds rollby...that is what you do. I have seen many Order WB's wiped because they didn'tmove together - individuals or even small groups go charging off chasing destro players just to get them selves killed because a larger group of destro was waiting around the corner. Then the WB is lestened in numbers and they come charging in to wipe the rest of. It is hard for players to understand that the best offense is sometimes a strong defense. I think we had a strong showing and if all of order will work together we can do great things.

It's rather slow, a lot of time playing cards at BO's while waiting for some action. I'm hoping we can avoid this as much as possible but for zone locks its usually required. I am working on yet another proposal to fix T4 oRvR which i'll need another round of Kudo lovin to get some attention with. Ben
