Shadow Warriors have had some fixes that supposedly made some skills work correctly. I havn't talked to anyone to find out if those skills/tactics are working correctly now, and if that makes a big difference or not, but they're basically the same as they've always been.
KotBS havn't had any major changes in a very long time.
Slayers have had consistant nerfs since their introduction, but they still manage to be a very impressive class. Deep Wound, which was spammable, had a cooldown timer added. The change made to the way auto-attack haste works was a direct result of Slayers utilizing their 50% AA haste tactic and the 25% AA haste bonus on Tyrant gear with LotD tali procs. Some slayers were claiming 8+ AAs with a 2hander in one global cooldown. The change was probably needed.
That's all I can think of on those classes.
