question on PQ MADNESS!!!!

tonight is our second PQ Madness and we are going to be doing dwarf T2 and T3 But for future events I had a couple of questions and can really use some feed back to help plan future PQ Madness events..


First question: Starting times,,,,, Last week we started at 6:30 Pm PST this week i bumped it up to 6:00 PM PST. The question is is which start time do you like ????


Second question: last week we did Empire t3 and 3. this week we will be doing Dwarf T2 and 3.. I had planed on on doing elf T2 and 3 next week and then moveing into the T4 PQs the week after.. The question is should next weeks event be ELF T2 and 3 so we can get all the lower stuff done and out of the way or should we switch and do one of the T4 Pairings instead ?


Personally for me id like to see us get all the t2 and 3 stuff done out of the way ,, my reasoning is that once we move into the t4 stuff im going to have to start setting LEV requirements on who can come and some of the lower lev toons wouldnt be able to attend, If we hold off on doing T4 stuff till after we get all the T2 and 3 stuff done that will give people a chance to lev up there lower lev toons a bit so they could attend the T4 stuff.. (lev requirement for T4 PQs will be lev 25 and up provided we have enough people to apprentce every one) I hate haveing to turn people away on stuff like this do to lev restrictions..




Ok now looking into the Future of PQ Madness nights.. Sooner or later we are going to comeplete the cycle and have all the T 2, 3 and 4 PQs done. at that point I am hoping ill have my Alt Ramath up to the lev 40 range and I do plan on redoing PQ Madness nights so he can get his PQs done as well.. so Im hoping between attendance and popuarity that this event can keep going on. Also in the months to come I have a few ideas for a different style of PVE events focusing on getting people there History and lore unlocks, but this type of event is still in the planing stages and several months away....

It's 2 hours later here (we are in Mississippi). Our kids typically go to bed at 8:00, but that usually drifts to 8:30 on Friday nights (due to family movie night). So, that extra 30 minutes helps us. All that to say... [casts a vote for 6:30 pacific]

Being close to Toronto, I prefer an earlier starting time. 6:30pm PST is 9:30EST, and it's really tough to focus the later things get. And if PQ Madness runs 4-5 hours, I'm looking at 1:30-2:30AM stop time. That's pretty brutal for an event's close. I would put my bid in for a 6:00 gathering time. 6:15 start. By 6:30, more can keep filling in the ranks. As for the T4 campaigns, I would suggest doing the first two pairings one day. For instance: Day one-Eataine and Dragonwake, Day two-Reikland and Praag, Day three-Kadrin Valley and Thunder Mountain. The reason for this is that high 20's and low 30's can join us. Then another PQ madness could be run for the 35-40's alone and possibly run the last 3 maps(Caledor, Chaos Wastes, Black Crag) in the final[of this series] PQ Madness.
