tier 2 & 3 PQ run explanation and shameless advertising

Hey hey all
Just posted a event up on the calendar for tomarrow Jan 22 2010 at 6:30 pm PST and thought id give a bit more detail here for those interested...

When I was originally Leveling Ltol i went through each zone and did some of the PQs just to get my influence maxed out but never really took the time to go through and do all the steps in the PQs so as a result i never got tome of knowlledge unlocks for them. So the other night after getting board with T$ orvr i decided to start going through and redoing the PQ in the lower teirs,, I made a coment about it in channel 3 and ended up haveing 5 of us doing the PQ,, we were at it for several hours and every one had a blast.

All of that brings up to the event it self.. For this event we will be doing PQs in the Empire pairing for the zones Ostland, Highpass and Talbecland a total of 23 different PQs in all.

As far as what levels can come ,, Im opening this topo all levels lev 1 - 40 I figure those alread in T4 will atleast get there TOK unlocks while the lower levels will get influence, ezp and there TOK unlocks along with the loot to.... so every one should get something out of it and every one will have fun ,,, i HOPE.

now as i said above the raid will be starting at 6:30 pm PST and we will be meeting at the chapter 8 town in Ostland, Bohsenfels. the only restriction, and its not a big one is that ill be forming the groups at 6:30 and we will be moving out to the first PQ at 6:45. I would also ask that every one that can please be sure to hope into vent for the event ,, reason why is my typing sucks lol

Excellent! I've done very few PQs all the way through with any of my guys. This sounds like it could be a lot of fun. My Witch Hunter is 31, so I will bring him. Friday night is our "movie-pizza-popcorn" night with the kids... So... Tenebrae and I may be about an hour late depending on when we end up stuffing the kids into bed... heh heh...

Great idea Ltol - thank you for suggesting and organizing this. It was a lot of fun, and I ended up staying up about 2 hours after my "intended" bedtime... heh heh... I don't know how many PQs we ended up doing last night (20? 25?), but thought that the fact that we only failed on one of them was pretty amazing (we finished it the second time, once we figured out which carts to protect). Thank you for the patient leadership, and organization - complete with scheduled potty breaks :)

Hey all,, Thanks all for the kind words and im glad every one enjoyed it ,,, all in all we were haveing so much fun the event ran way longer than i planed ,,, and in my view it was worth it,, originally I had a list of 20 PQ and figured id run the event for 4 hours and see how far we got,,, the raid ended up running 6 hours and not only did we succesfully complete all the PQs on my list we did 3 pq twice for people who joined us in he middle of them so all together we did 23 PQs in a 6 hour time frame. I know by the time we ended every one was in great spirts but i think many of us where num to after sitting at the comps for so long -) As far as how many attended the raid ... Im not going to try to post all the names here but we ran a revolving door policy last night with raid and at one point we had 20 people in the wb at the peek of the event, though normaly we held pretty firm to about 2 groups for most of it. now on a side note id like to step back and give a warm thank you to both Haast and talasan who steped up and helpped lead this event ,, Im not the best wb leader and to be quite honest this event wouldnt of been near as sussscesful as it was with out them, So heres to the two of you -) ( raises a mug of ale in toast)... As to future PQ madness nights ,, I do plan to do others and should have something up on the calendar eather later today or tommarrow ,, need to check my calendar in RL so i dont get MASIVE wife argo,,
