Greetings Everyone,
I just wanted you to know that the new Leadership Training system is now online. Now if you are Lorgair rank or above you will have access to this new system. Here is the breakdown:

Lorgair:
Size: 6-Man (Wolf Pack Formation)
Objectives: Scenarios, Easy Public Quests, Normal Public Quests, Dungeons

Freiceadan:
Size: 1 Warband (Hound Formation)
Objectives: Battlefield Objectives, Hard Public Quests, Boss Lair, Events

Saighdear:
Size: 2-3 Warbands (Trinity Formation)
Objectives: Keeps, Castles, Citadels, Fortresses, Defense

Gaisgeach:
Size: 4 Warbands (Eagle Formation)
Objectives: All

Ardtiarna:
Size: 5+ Warbands (Griffin Formation)
Objectives: All

Each stage of the Leadership engine will walk you through how to use the new features for each level. As you progress through the ranks you will unlock more advanced features. To progress each rank you will need to Lead your current formation to 50 victories. By doing so you will become a master of that formation.

Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions.

I for one am looking forward to this advancement. Hopefully this will promote more Guild-Run events and In-Game fellowship. I have seen little other than the typical T/Th events, though recently I have begun to find a few new lower ranked players to party up with and some higher levels decided to stoop down to my level for a bit. Of course with this means the greater chance for fellowship points outside of the Scheduled T2 events as I have not power-leveled my characters out of that range and am enjoying the storyline with both of my toons. I see that the Lorgair now has the rights to schedule events. Hopefully this will see my own fellowships points increase to such that I can start to schedule events regarding PvE and general off-hour group time, a 6-member band can surely take on most of what you have listed. Heck a 6-man band can take out BOs as well in the lower tiers if you wandered into RvR land. It will be interesting. I am looking forward to it. Great progress indeed.

I too would like to get to the point to be able to schedule some 6-man events. I love RVR but after leading a WB in T2 the other day, running some PVE events would be lot easier on my brain.

I know I mentioned this before, but I would like to try to introduce a system in which family members if they should choose to be part of the War council should have a type of 'big'. This way the knowledge can be handed down correctly. For example if a Lorgair leads an event, his/her big should be present and monitor that person's actions. A 'big' should help them through the process and help them through their mistakes. I would see it as an adviser type figure. This is just a thought. But I feel like this system would create closer bonds between people. Let me know your thoughts.

Great idea. When I led that WB the other day there were so many things in managing the WB that I hadn't paid attention to before, Optimizing the groups in the WB, kicking offline people, making sure a group was assigned to the postern and trying to broadcast our presence...lot of work for one to do and just never looked at it that way. Must say though, I had great members in the party and we took DK, Fang and took and defended TCK.
