I love the live events that they have given us in this game. Howerver for the Sands, I was highly frustrated by the population imballances that allowed destro to camp all tiers of the event. If it wasn't for the origanization and strength of numbers I have seen gathered under the Gaiscioch banner, I might have given up.
I totally agree with you. This live event was not that fun or even interesting all together, until we added some Gaiscioch strategy :) I enjoy when the family can defeat destro regardless of their numbers.
Well. I for one loved the challenge, but I know from comments I heard on the battlefield I was a minority. Part of it is the amount of time I have to play is far greater than most, but I was able to get 4 toons their goggles and one all the way through to earn the title. Most of what I saw is that Destro is better organized andmore willing to work together to accomplish goals. One day in tier 2 we had just as many Order as they did Destro, but I could tell that Destro were all working together and Order was being Order(less). No one would even commit to a WB or try and work together and it wasn't until our guild showed up to fight back Destro that anything got accomplished. The same thing was happening in T4 when I first went there - then finally a guild with a WB showed up and the resulting fight was a back and forth battle that lasted much of the afternoon. All I'm saying is that when a group of organized Order show up and start working together if Destro does out number us it doesn't seem like it any more. And...it always appears to me that Destro is far more willing to work together and form WB's than we are. This is one of the main reasons I love being Gaiscioch - when we show up things get organized and in most instances we take charge of zones and being outnumbered isn't usually part of the equation.
