The Introduction:
The Buirdeiseach are the newest members of the family. This is where all invites will be introduced into the Family. Once they have decided to become an official member they can register to this site to become a Treubh. By participating in events they will earn the Crabhadh rank.

The Coming of Age:
The rank Lorgair symbolizes a member's coming of age. At this point in their journey they are able to choose to become part of the Hawk (Gaiscioch na Anu - Ranged Specialization), the Bear (Gaiscioch na Nuada - Melee Specialization), or remain with the Tree (Gaiscioch - Healing, Leading, Training).

Specialization:
Once a member has joined their specialization unit Guild Chat becomes used for class discussions and tactics for their specific classes. The Alliance Chat is used for family discussion. The next 6 ranks are earned by Participating in or Leading events.

The Last 5 Ranks are where the leaders reside. These members lead events, guide members on their path and are the glue that holds the family together.
