Greetings Everyone,
I came up with an easy plan in which A: we can keep the family strong without spreading yourselves too thin, and B: rewarding players for their continued participation. Here's what I have in mind.
Gaiscioch: the Living Room
All new recruits will join this room of the house first. They will learn the ins and outs of the family here. When a member becomes a Lorgair or Higher rank they are enabled the ability to move to their class specific rooms. All 3 standards are based on healing classes as well as leveling. The /gu channel will be used for advise on the Gaiscioch family while the /as will continue to be used to communicate to the whole house.
Gaiscioch na Nuada: The Melee Room
All members of this room will be melee based classes. All 3 standards have been set up to cater to the melee classes. Eventually Page 1 of the Guild vault will be all Melee class based talismans, potions, and weapons which will be open to all registered members. The /gu channel will be used for advise on melee characters while the /as will continue to be used to communicate to the whole house.
Gaiscioch na Anu: The Ranged Room
All members of this room will be ranged classes. All 3 standards have been set up to help ranged classes do more damage and survive longer. The na Anu will be the ranged specialization group. Eventually Page 1 of the Guild vault will be all ranged class based talismans, potions, and weapons which will be open to all registered members. The /gu channel will be used for advise on ranged characters while the /as will continue to be used to communicate to the whole house.
All 3 rooms will make up the Gaiscioch Family's House and we will all be as one large family. As we grow stronger our rooms will fill up and we may need to adjust the number of people in each room. The most important thing is that we all use the alliance channel to communicate (/as). Only use /gu if you have a tank specific questions, ranged specific questions, or need to know something about the family. If you have any questions feel free to ask here and I'll do my best to answer them.
