Aion Legion Tithe

We have some very large expenses to fund, such as Rank 3 Legion status, and more Legion warehouse cubes. As soon as the suggestion forum is functional (it's patch day so it's a lil funky), I'll suggest Legion Tithe/Taxes. But if and when they implement this is anyone's guess, so until then... What ideas have you regarding this issue? It's hard enough for me to keep my soul debt healed, so I'm at a loss to how to pay for these things on my own. Too bad we can't have chocolate bar fundraiser, everyone likes candy!

I still think we have some time before we have too much to worry about. However, I did notice there is no way that I could find to deposit money in the legion warehouse, which is a big problem to me. So, for now, I think we keep grinding it out, and once we're at cap, we'll have to have a "fund-raising" event of our very own to go out and grind up some coin. From everything I read, the amount of money that come off higher level mobs will dwarf anything we get from them now.

Well we can do a fundraising day kinda thing. get groups of same level to farm mobs in an area not for xp but for drops and all money made from drops goes to the legion fund.

I also can not deposit in the Legion Warehouse. I think it must be bugged.

I find that selling craftwork makes far far more money than selling vendor trash. True, an extra 20k after getting back from an hour long grind fest is nice, however, after spending the same amount of time grinding out Theonia and Fresh Theonia I can make 80-120k from selling excess potions on the broker. Alchemy may be a bit different since potions don't need Flux, but still, it seems to me that crafting would yield the most lucrative results. If that's the case, we could rotate people, one at a time, just one hour a day collecting Theonia and Fresh Theonia. I could sell the potions and probably make that much for the guild in as little as a week, less if we rotated the people each hour and did it several hours a day.

Sorry. I was thinking as part of the grind that we turn the crafting drops into items to sell on broker.

AH I went to the forums and they helped me figure it out. After opening the Legion Warehouse, you have to click on YOUR gold coin to transfer money to the vault. If you try to click on the gold coin in the Vault, you are trying to withdraw, not donate. That's why it says, "You do not have enough Kinah." I'll be farming Theonia for Zed, I'll try to get 100 for you at least per week. Also, I'll be putting in 1k a day (7k a week)into the vault for our expenses. Please don't withdraw, this is so we can buy our Rank 3 and cube space. :)

Here's a break down of what things on average can make us. 1 Theonia = 1 Life Potion = 800 Kinah 1 Fresh Theonia = 3 Regular Life Potions = 2700 Kinah 1 Hasia = 1 Mana Potion = 700 Kinah 1 Fresh Hasia = 3 Regular Secret Remedy of Mana = 1800 Kinah So yeah, Theonia is 130 for gathering and Hasia is 170 if you want to work on bulking up your gathering skill at the same time depending on how high it is. 2 hours netted me 200 Theonia and 50 Fresh ones. That's almost half way to 1.2 mil right there. xD Of course the broker prices fluctuate so it's hard to say precisely how much we can make, but as you can see this could easily make us the Kinah needed to reach rank 3 and to open up the rest of our legion warehouse. Edit: Case in point, I spent about four hours grinding Theonia nodes today, and from the ones that sold made 220k. I still have more in the broker that will make just as much, if not more. Now I know four hours is on the extreme side, but just twenty minutes of this from everyone would make it fly by fast, it really does add up. I put 200k into the legion fund and spent the rest on supplies so we're already a sixth of the way there! :D

Whenever the Legion Warehouse vault gets 500k, I'll transfer it to my own Warehouse Bank Deposit, to help prevent unexpected withdrawls from itchy hands.

dang i should take on alchemy to fund my handicrafting so that I can equip everyone with rings,earrings and necklaces.

We're now a third of the way there and I still have potions in the broker.

I can't remember how much Kinah is in the legion warehouse, but I do believe that with all the money I made today in potions we'll have enough to hit the 1.2 mil mark. I'll dump my money in the warehouse sometime tomorrow.

Lilly, check the legion warehouse. We reached the mark.

No way! I'll have to check and see if we can upgrade now on my next break. :)
