Nice guide. Had a doubt of when to use it or not... Should put the reasons to use or not to use right in the leadership console. Thank ye.

Most of it is built in now. So just read the text that is on each phase of your leadership training and you'll get the hang of it. Just remember you need 4 alliance members working together to consider it a victory.
Does that mean a Lorgair *points to self* can schedule an event? Or if we're online and pull one together + 4 Alliance members then I can book it if no one else does? I was actually thinking about scheduling some T1 oRVR with Twillah (jr) this weekend.
yup :) the way it works has changed. Now you get the ability to start on the leadership path. To start you lead 4 to 6 warriors in some easy objectives. Once you've completed 25 objectives you will unlock the "na Faolchú" title (of the Wolf) and unlock leadership activities for a Warband. Once you complete 50 objectives as a warband you gain the ability to lead the family in Multi-Warband raids. Just keep at it and before you know it you'll be like blockhead and have na Cu after your name :) which means "of the hound"
I have a question that I think may have the answer in front of my face here on the site, but I just may be overlooking it. Besides raids, etc, can I actually create "off night" events like on Monday/wednesday etc instead of them just being "pick up events" so ppl can plan to be there, or should I just do that in the alliance calendar in game and be happy you guys actually let me do things with you... :)
if you post a event on any day, you record that as a sceadule event
Once you obtain the second rank of leadership you unlock the ability to schedule raids. At that point the Leadership Training tool will allow you to choose events. Oh yeah i made some modifications today to it. Should work properly now.
