I wonder if you guys are also waiting for other non-mmo games this coming Fall. I only have three:
1. Batman: Arkham Asylum - I played that demo and was sold right after.
2. Alpha Protocol - RPG set in a contemporary world is always good.
3. Dragon Age: Origins - Been waiting for this game for 5 years now!
That's about it. I wanted more but with 3 MMOs, I don't want anymore games.
I've got WET pre-ordered. Assassins Creed 2 will be a purchase and Dragon Age will be a purchase for sure. Alpha Protocol will also likely be on the list but i might wait for it to drop in price a big. All of which are XBOX 360 games. MMO wise only Warhammer and Aion will make my list for quite some time... until DAOC 2 comes out then ill be there :P. If i could make DAOC2 I'd make it Norse / British / Celt / Roman / Persian. 5 Realms with the bounty this time would not be relics but territory. Each side would fight to capture and lock zones which would then enable them for PvE play / dungeons etc. But that's just my dreamworld :).
I saw a video of WET last week. It looks pretty good and, along with Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, it's actually tempting me to buy a console (never owned one since the SNES). I already pre-ordered Alpha Protocol from Steam so I could get a free Space Siege -which is a pretty crappy game but has some cool elements. I know, coming from Obsidian, Alpha Protocol is going to be riddled with bugs. But it's still Obsidian and I want to get away from the fantasy setting.
I am waiting for Mass Effect 2 on 360.
Weird you should mention a 5 realm setup... the game I'm designing (as a hobby, more or less) has 5 realms: Norse, Celt, Gothic, Japanese, and Russian. Players fight each other for land, but they fight to control the land to built permanent settlements... keeps, castles, and the houses and industry that go with em. It's a very crafting heavy game, so control of land means control of rare resources required to build the higher end gear. So far I'm up to about 400 pages of concept documentation, but I'm still a ways out from having something I could show to a developer... still too many systems that aren't fleshed out yet.

Assassin's Creed and Dragon Age are pre-ordered, PS3/360 respectively. Mass Effect will be there, other than that waiting on trials to be let loose for Aion and Fallen Earth.
