It is not uncommon to find some of us there during our work hours even though we're ingame. Just like ingame and this site, We're one family, our vent is for all the alliance to use at anytime. Come to think of it, I never see any /guildchat. It's always /alliance. :D
And don't forget, when you log into this site, click the 'fellowship' link on the left hand side of the screen. From there you can click the gray circles to 'claim' your participation in family victories. :) (the Circle turns green after you claim it)
