Greetings from a new member - Delandriel

Howdy! I just thought I would introduce myself. I just joined the guild a few days ago. I am a returning player to Warhammer. I was in the beta for the game and played from the beginning but I have been gone so long that I am having to relearn and remember everything.

To tell a bit about me, I am a proud southern girl. I just celebrated my 15 year anniversary. The hubs and I have no children and pretty much all we do is play MMOs. Other than work. Gotta be able to fund those games. I have played most of the main ones out there. Warhammer, Conan, WOW, EQ2, LoTRO, DDO, GW, SWG, Freerealms, RoM, EVE, etc. Right now I am playing EVE, Warhammer and Guild Wars but I am looking forward to GW2 and Rift.

The hubs found you guys on the Rift forums and when I got back into Warhammer we found out that you were on the same server that I was on. He does not play anymore but he is interested in joining the Rift guild once it is established.

So far you seem like a great guild and just what I am looking for. I look forward to running some events with the guild and getting to know everyone. The game has changed completely since I played when it started so bear with me while I figure everything out.

I'm currently in the Alpha treating phase on Rift and buying GW soon to prep for GW2, and we have a decent size chapter in LoTRO as well as other games. Cead Mile Failte!

Thank you for the warm welcome! We are lifetimers from beta in LoTRO on the Landroval server. What server is the LoTRO chapter on? I was also wondering about Free Realms and RoM? There is a chapter on those as well?

I'm not sure about the LOTRO crews' location. It's in these fourms somewhere, the fella that I know there is Craythur. Great guy, they might still be using vent too. So check em out!

Welcome to the Family, you can find our LoTRO crew in the Elendilmir Server under the guild name "Warbound."

I tried to xfer a few of my chars from Brandywine to Elendilmir but forgot that there are no xfers there. lol. Which is okay because Rift alpha, WAR, and my little worgen in WoW is enough games to play. I was thinking of buying GW also, but isn't GW2 completely different from GW? Will it benefit me from playing the first one? How did you like DDO? It really bugged me how slowly you level in that game lol. Anyways, welcome and hope to see you around in our various games. :)

Thanks for all the warm welcomes! @Bentmer I tend to jump around games depending on my mood. It does benefit you to play GW. There are achievements that you can get in your Hall of Monuments on GW that is supposed to make it give you stuff in GW2. I do not know what exactly you get though. Hubby has been playing GW a lot lately. I think you can get a pack with all the expansions for really cheap now. I do not care too much for DDO either. The leveling is really slow but I think its because you only have 20 levels. Also, because I have a lifetime sub to LoTRO I feel like if I am going to play then I can just play that. To me they look almost exactly the same except you are in Middle Earth.
