Several of us have recently crossed into the t4 party yet we are un prepared for what lies ahead at this level. Perhaps we could plan a night of leveling outside of RVR? Not sure if that is what Bastion Stairs is or not.

Bastion Stair or the "farming pit" are both good places for exp. If you get really bored or cant find a group, the scouting quests are always an easy way to get more as well.

Sorry Bashir this month is one im gonna be scarce. Next month though I'll be back in full swing. Sorry I've been so distant.

One of the best ways is to do the PQs in each zone, you gain xp for each stage complete. As far as Bastion Stairs its not about the xp(due to haveing lvl 40's in group no xp)its about the gear. The gear there is the same as the Ainni gear it grants the same wards. Every Gold bag from the PQs in there gives the gloves, no matter the wing. The boots drop from the Boss in the left wing(need first infl bulb), the Shoulders drop of the boss in the right wing(need advance Infl),the helm drop of the boss in the center wing(need elite infl), and the final boss drops the chest piece. Doing the PQs are good then there is the epic weapons quest at 37, some of it starts at lower lvl. Watkins,Keggan's WL, and Cuefire,me, are about to start doing them your more than welcome to join us.

What I did when I hit T4 with all 3 of my toons that are there.... I joined any open WB that was doing orvr and ran with them. It is a totally different experience and if you have never been there before you need to just watch and learn - it is fast paced as all hades and then it slows to a dead crawl the difference between watching 2 outstanding scoring teams in football play each other or watching a pitching duel in baseball. It is either run, run, run to capture keeps and BO's or sit and wait for 30 + mins while a zone locks. NOW - I don't listen to anyone about who is a bad WB leader or a good WB leader. Do you learn from them and get exp. Learning comes in two forms - what to do - and what not to do. I have left WB's that just kept getting me killed for no apparent reason. Sometimes it is the leaders fault - sometimes it is part of the WB's fault - not listening to or following orders. You have to decide - don't always blame the WB leader. Also if you run with them and get to know the people in the WB - after a while you will see familiar names - and start realizing who is good - who is so-so - what healers heal you and which ones ignore you. Soon you will start joing WB's based not on the leader but who else is in it. Now - this isn't great exp.....unless Destro is out and you are killing a lot of them - but it is fun and a great way to get RP experience - I find SC's boring btw so I don't do them unless part of a LE. BUT...there are a lot of our family that will run premade SC groups - so watch for those if you do enjoy them Then to get lvl exp I do PQ's - it's also a great way to collect crafting resources. Whenever you are on check the guild roster and find out where all the T4 guys are hanging (it's what I do) and then try to join the WB that they are in or send them a /tell to find out who's WB they are in. Also watch alliance chat - Blockhead and Charm run lots of alliance WB's and are great people to hang with - and there are others. Unfortunately there are quite a few things that you won't be able to do until lvl 37 - like invade the capitol cities - but there are always WB's that hang out in the zone to protect the supply lines (the route that the 37-40 players take to get the capitol cities) and this is a great way to get RP exp and lvl exp if Destro is showing up to do a blockade or enter the zone themselves. Another trick I use is to check the maps of the zone pairings to find out what zone is in conflict ( not controlled by order or destro) and then fly to that zone to listen (or read) the chat in RVR or general - and to look for open groups. - Also fly to LOTD first chance you get from Altdorf and then you can fly there from anywhere - this offers great WB exp with other T4's, lvl exp as the mobs are all lvl 37 + and exp from PQ's with the possibility of reaaly nice loot - and there is always a chance of orvr as the whole zone is rvr. I felt totally inadequate in T4 until around lvl 35 and sort of out classed until lvl 37 so don't get disheartened when you get owned by a lvl 40 - as a matter of fact if you and several of your friends get owned by one - let it go. There will come a day when you will own. Theree will come a day that a lvl 40 Choppa loses to your lvl 40 BW (or whomever) and does an emote of how they have embarrased themselves by the loss. Or your lvl 40 engineer gets called out by a lvl 40 WE beause you assassinated her while she was picking on a healer. Proud moments all - to go with the not so proud that ended in your death. All part of the game. I play all hours of the day and night - and have always (except around 4 a.m. pst) found members to hang and run with if I want to - get to know the names of our alliance buddies also - a lot fo them are signed up on these boards - they are great people and very helpful with class tips and battle strategies. I've said enough.....safe journ.
