This will be coming to Gamepass on Nov 30th. If you are interested in playing keep in mind that there is no crossplay between steam and MS store versions. There is full crossplay coming between the MS store version and the console version. Pre-orders get access starting on the 17th.
TLDR: buying on MS store instead of steam allows for more crossplay potential. sadly this is a trend we are seeing more and more despite some games having full crossplay across all the platforms.
