Basic guide: http://telarapedia.com/wiki/Macro Most class guides will have macros that compliment the suggested builds. I kind of just google if I can't figure something out on my own. Also, ask other players who use similar builds to yours or who may be familiar with your class. :)

Here's a great macro guide http://rift.zam.com/wiki/Macros_%28Rift%29 At the bottom are links to class specific macros that are pretty common for different builds. Have a look. BTW I've noticed one or two that don't work since SL came out such as the Rouge toggle for offensive/defensive buffs so test them out if you end up using any.
