This build does not have the ability to use all range attacks at melee, so, in case you ever find urself at melee you will still do some dps. If you dont think that is useful, pull savage strike out.
Finisher

Again we see a skill in there that may not seem to belong, however, since this is all finishers - you are using attack points to trigger them, if you have no AP's, the macro will fire splinter shot - a 9sec bleed (important to keep up on the target)
This leaves you with 1 debuff you need to manage - Ace shot, which has a very long duration, so its ez to keep it active on the target.
buffs: feral Instincts, Virulent Poison, Electrified Munitions and Spirit of the Wilderness.
rotation
ace shot -> builder to 5 AP's -> Finisher x2 (For the Finisher, and then the dot) repeat.
Yes, you may overwrite your own dot by 1 - 3 seconds, however, its better than not having the dot on the target.
HK Ranger Crystal + 4 piece
Adding Empowered shot to this rotation actually decreased my dps - but your results may differ.

added the pic in the post, and had to make a note: the dps you see on SM had been ticking down and stopped for about 2-3 minutes.
Added buffs.
