Not sure if its me-but since the server was down none of my once eligible characters are showing as eligible for any content. They are raid3 ready, claimed, updated in their profiles etc. Something I am doing wrong?

You need to "Edit Characters" and set what level gear they have. Unfortunately the XML file doesn't give any indication as to how your character is geared. That part is manual.
is that something that recently changed-its not a problem, but i had no issues signing up for raids all last week.
IGNORE ALL THIS. would help if i wasnt trying to sign up for Defiant Raids. What i get surfing while work conference calling. Sorry for the time waste.
