there was a break out on the morning of Phase 3 but they fixed it fast. I was lucky enough to be online at that time so i got it =)
Hmm... no you get the 3rd from the quest in Shimmersand Carnival and the 4th from the trouble on the route quest from the person next to the stairs in Sanctum. I just did it yesterday on my tank.
The Shimmersand one should have been your second one, Pyre. First was the carnival barker, then shimmersand, then the troublemaker out by Argent Glade. Maybe you got an extra one, too!
Ohhh! I guess I AM lucky! :) Luck of the Irish... even tho I'm not Irish... don't drink green beer... I DO like redheads so maybe that's it! :D lol
