My husband and I have characters on all three realms of uthgard; our mains being on Hib-side. We are always looking for people to group with because the leveling is so slow. My main is a Warden named Oscer and my husband is a bard, Xenobya. We are in the guild Panic Attack in the alliance Illuminated Stromriders. Would love to see some of you there.
I SO miss DAoC. But, as tempted as I have been to return, I'm afraid it might not live up to my shiny memories of it. I quit DAoC "cold turkey" after hurricane Katrina knocked out my power for over a week... so, its been a while.
Is this Old school Version pre-LA nerf and pre Shrouded Isles / Housing? @Rja - how is the population / RvR? I have a preconceived notion that itll be a bunch of loudmouth jerks on a free server. If I play, it would just be for a trip down memory lane. Id like to revisit Nisse's Lair lol.
@Vandyl-It is not pre-LA nerf (man I wish =D), but it is pre SI and includes housing. The population is about 800 on peak hours and about 250 off peak. There are always keep and relic raids. A little lopsided on the relics...Hibs usually have all of them, but again there are always raids. I haven't actually made it to 50 pvp because classic leveling takes so long. Ive been in Braemer (20ish to 35) pretty easy to find someone doing something in the the BGs. There are a few loudmouths, but if you leave the starter guilds its not too bad. For the most part it is a very mild mannered private server. Most of the population is European but almost every one speaks English and the peak hours are earlier in the day and thins out by early evening. Anyone that played Pre-NF would love this server minus the left axe nerf and the dodger nerf. @Raecyn - we just made some new Albs. Lyrikal and Elementikal. We keep checking to see if you guys are on when we log. No luck yet =D

We should play today sometime! Post on here when you guys will be around and we will try to be on! Still just level 1 because I have been raiding on rift and busy with home business. @Vandyl it is a pain in the backside but easy once you get it going
Raecyn, I sent you a tell in game, but you may have been afk. We have no problem making some new guys to level with you =D
