The Great Conquest Event
The Gaiscioch Family presents the first ever Great Conquest event. In this event, the Guardians will start at the stairs of Sanctum and venture through Silverwood, Gloamwood, Scarlet Gorge, Scarwood Reach, Stillmoor. The Defiants will start at the stairs of Meridian and venture through Freemarch, Stonefield, Scarlet Gorge, Scarwood Reach, and Stillmoor. As they progress through each zone they will close 20 rifts. When the two sides reach Stillmoor each surviving raid will close 2 Expert Rifts.

This event is designed to help new players or low level players to get a tour of the world of Telara and gain much needed waypoints throughout the realm. All levels are encouraged to join. We will getting the waypoints in each zone, earning a few achievements, and closing Rifts. If you'd like to join come to the Stairs of Sanctum or Meridian between 4:45-5PM Server Time. This is a PvP-AutoFlag Option OFF event. Please disable your PvP Flags before the event begins. If all goes well and people enjoy it, we may add this event to our regular lineup.

I know Defiant have a GSB planned and I don't want anyone bailing out of that to attend this event. This is more of a Gauge to see how many people will show up. I've made this one public on the official forums and will promote it later in the week over chat channels. If a lot of people seem interested we'll throw this one in as a mix up with Telara's Last Stand.

I would love to do this on one of my lower level toons. Maybe even one of my guardian toons ;) I haven't played that side very much at all and I am sure all of those toons need the ports. Plus, it just sounds fun :)
