I currently see that I have all the requirements to rank up via the site. From Treubh to Muinntir. Am I missing something that I dont know about for ranking up or no?

If i'm not mistaken, Fog and Prissy only do promotions once a week. If you're eligible you'll be ranked up next time they run through them.
Promotions r handled on the weekends...
