Buffs I keep up are Planebound Resilience, Planar Reversal, Stalker Phase, Leeching and Virulent Poison, and Baneful Touch.
This build gives fairly decent self heals, since Leeching Poison and Enduring Brew are both affected by Boosted Recovery. And it tears through mobs like paper. Obviously, Ember Isle mobs are going to take a bit longer. :P
I don't use macros, so instead I'll run through what I do with most of my pulls. Note that this build is almost strictly single-target. Not going to be doing much AoE except for Rift Disturbance and Planar Blitz.
Stealth, pop Expose Weakness, teleport behind your target via Shadow Stalk, Assassinate, Phantom Blow, Savage Strike, Impale, Savage Strike x5, Final Blow. At this point, your target should be dead/close to death and the heals from Leeching Poison should keep your health rather high.
Now, if you see that you're taking quite a bit of damage, use Annihilate followed directly by Enduring Brew. Regardless of how many combo points you use up when you use Annihilate, it will increase your AP by 15%. That extra AP will increase the healing of Enduring Brew. If you're in danger of dying, pop Side Steps before you use Annihilate and Enduring Brew.
You can definitely change around points but make sure that you have all of the passive poison buffs, and Enduring Brew, since those are literally lifesavers.
