You want one made or you want the recipe (and the SP recipe) added? I can make both it and the SP one for anyone that supplies the mats (given the more than 10 plat mat cost I doubt many would be made through the marketplace). Also remember that the PVP rune for feet is Endurance 8 Primary Stat 7, which is on par with this for 12K favor, requiring Eye rep (and you can get the favor and rep purely through PVE dailies).
I would like it to be added to our market, but I also would like 2 of them - will happily pay the costs if you can get me the info for them. I am well over 15k away from the Eye faction and not willing to pay 30pp for one off AH.
Post a screenshot of the stats of the rune, so it can be added.
I just entered them, they will be up as soon as they are approved (give it one or two days?).
