Heroic Mana Tonic request on marketplace

I recently filled 2 orders each for 4 of them that rewarded over 100 crafting credits forget the resource part, but that seems far too high when other things of comparable level would reward far less; to make a heroic mana its a bought recipe sure which takes time, money and dailies to achieve but the mats do not justify a reward of 100 crafting credits. ON the other hand not sure what is being 'charged' either.

The recipe to make (3) is just a twiglight bloom and empty runed flask ... so somethign is askew ...

It probably got boosted when Fog changed the heroic and mighty vials that use eternal planar dust that people request for raiding. If I recall correctly Fog did it by level of potion and that one likely was in the levels he changed.

I filled one of them and I assumed it was for a stack, as the reward seemed ridiculous for 3 (so I send a stack for each order). I can now make Glorified healing and mana potions (and the new boot enchants). Are they priced and on the system?
