SWTOR JEDI REQUEST

Greetings Family! I had no intention on playing SWTOR at launch but after playing in the last two beta tests, I fell in LOVE.

I obviously decided I had to play with family. I joined the guild created for family in SWTOR, which is on Sith Side, which was great because that's what I played in the first Beta. But..... ([B]efore [U]nderlying [T]ruths).

This week I am playing both sides, and I'm starting to think I enjoy the story much much more as a Jedi. I think I want my main to be a Jedi. This is the guy I'm going to be the most attached to, and I prefer to be attached to Jedi the most. I'll still have my Sith guy, but I want my main to be Jedi.

TL;DR

Problem is there is no Family AFAIK on the Jedi side. I'm torn My first real Dark Side/Light Side choice in game. :)

Anyone else playing Jedi, I need family to play with.

Gill and I are also looking to play Light side at release. We are on Shadow Hand for this weekend's BETA test if you would like some company and usually can be found on Vent. We are looking to play on a Central timezone server (if they will have those) and will be active in crafting, grouping, raiding, pvp and otherwise see all there is to see.

On this topic of playing both sides. I have hard choice as the game has really hooked me into the Role-playing side of this more then Rift ever did. I will be rolling on the biggest PVP west coast server as Republic. Then I will find the family on Empire and do all the PVE raiding/crafting stuff :P There may be few groups of Gaiscioch Family some following their former mats of other games to swtor so keep a look out where people land and jump on vent come early start time and find out were we all fall :P I have about 5-7 former FPS hard core pvpers wanting to try this out as well. I found out that there is 2:1 ratio of Empire:Republic tracked by how many singed up on guild pages specifically pvp flag guilds. So to have more targets and be the under dog that is the reason for Republic :P

I'll be playing Republic; and from what I've seen playing different toons I'll be playing a councilor; thinking stealth side vs. healing though. Different type of MMO; choices have to be made as to how you respond to the quest lines and they can tilt you to the dark side or light side; doesn't matter if you are Empire or Republic. And your "faction" with them gives you access to different weapons/armour I'm told. Haven't gotten that far though.

Guys here's a post from the Sith family forum. They suggested we perhaps family Jedi's could all play with this Guild. Here it is:{{{I'm planning to roll a few light side alts, probably on an entirely different server (to provide for the inevitable imperial alts). I've been considering Kinetic/Potential (a guild put together by Tim from the Ctrl-Alt-Delete comic strip) since they seem to have a guild size reminiscent of Gaiscioch in Rift (They hit the 500 member max on both guilds) http://www.galacticenergycorps.com/ This isn't intended as a plug, just a heads up. Barring some other guild I find closer to home, I'll probably join up with them on whatever server they wind up on.}}} What do you all think?

BTW I'm playing on Shadow Hand this weekend also as Baba'Soma'Ji I'm a Jedi Sage Healer...

It looks like that other guild may be a dead end.
