Question on character claim

So ... I unintentionally deleted my claimed character (twitchy fingers). I figured "No biggie, I'll just claim him back".

Unfortunately, the character (Rylandir) isn't available in the list of characters to claim. :( Sooooo ... how do I get him back?

I think i will have to purge the guild roster and then sync it with the website. I will do it tonight after I get off work.
