Problem with my claimed orders on Marketplace

Three of my marketplace crafting resource orders were claimed on November 3. Even though more than five days have passed, they are still claimed and unfilled. A few days ago the "crafter" column became blank instead of showing a name or "unclaimed". I had thought the person who originally claimed them had maybe dropped the order, but the items did not go back on the Materials Needed page, so they are not visible for anyone else to claim. Maybe there is a bug?

I moved the timeline to 14 days. As a lot of the materials take a bit of time with timers to put together. I just need to update the descriptive text.
