This may not be viable or something you want to add or tackle Fog .. but on Friday we spoke of this and it kinda goes hand in hand with my recent post of FAQ's for crifting but extends to any family night or anyone leading something of that calibur.
The issue is that we cannot add leaders afer we have started posting an event and when we are doing events for 8 hours well that can shift and does . I am sure it does even during 3 hours events on family night.
While folks can find a persons login name to give a token randomly, they have to know it, and well some names are nothing like their toons names. We can say it in vent but not all are in vent and spelling some things well flail. We could say it in guild chat but maybe my buddy saving my happy buttocks was guard and I was defiant etc etc ...
So, if its not too much server storage space is there a way???
(after an event is over - to add comments - someone mentioned the recap area but that is counted as lore and we don't want to pad those points much less train folks to look there to give credit)
Again if I didnt explain it well, is there a way to just have a field for random comments from an event leader where in multi group events we can name login names?) This field would be visible when click on expand was hit, on the events page, a sub caption, and show the names of the participatns free form text not asking for links ...
I don't know our server capacity and not sure if delegating a field for this is too much or doable but an idea.
