I see some major changes with it. First question though, is it worth it to buy the expansion? Not even sure what is missing if I don't buy it. Man it is hard to get started again as a low 40. Feel kinda lost.

What expansion? There is no expansion. Their's a new collectors edition that gives you some extra toys but it's not required.

I know what ya mean, I stopped playing for a few months and just got back into playing rift when I heard Gaiscioch was going to do a season 2 of the saga, and have been try to lvl up my toon since. Finaly got to lvl 46, so if ya need a hand or someone to run dungeons or quest with let me know! Dps/ might go back to tanking Guardian though I dont know many of the dungeons i just lvled by questing and rifting
