kind of random!! kerixous told me it would be fun to post this though (I should probably be more active in guild forums anyhow) :D
Finally got on top of the Lantern Hook rock today :)
Its a little tricky but definitely possible if you have angelic flight, starting at the tree with the hole in it that leads down to the well of fall of lanternhook, and involving a 2or3 part jump.
Anyways, yay, definitely the highlight of my "i don't really know what to do right now" time in rift today hehe.
