Felicia Day stars in Dragon Age Web Series Premiere

We were talking some about Dragon Age and DA2 in vent crifting the other day and the new web series done by Bio-ware is finally out.

(For those that don't know Felicia Day is the one who did the series called The Guild (on you tube and netflix). She is a gamer and an actress who's career got a huge boost from her making The Guild).

She is in this new live action series that will premiere weekly I guess on you tube, and there is some new downloadable content now for Dragon Age with her as a character. Pretty cool to be a gamer and get to be mapped for a video game!

Too bad DA2 sucked so bad. What a waste of a fantastic franchies...

Oh boo I loved DA2 for what it was .. sure Isabella wasn't Claudia Black aka Morrigan ... but she was just as fun and perhaps more so cause she was more into the intimate relationships with no strings, and sure the templar wasn't built into your party with Alister and his 'chantryness'. But overall I loved it .. and come on Felica Day writes a webisode series and they incorporate her written character in some DLC ..... sorry she is one of my gamer girl heroes. Even if you didn't like DA2 .. its Felicia Day man!

I never made it past the first city of DA2. The combat in that game was atrocious, they took out everything that made the first game good. I have actually boycotted bioware ever since. Call it extreme but what they did with the sequel was an insult to the original.

Okay Okay even if you hated DA2 .. you know the world, enjoyed the first one it seems, but this, I mean take a step back to understand this for the innovation it is ... Felica Day writer, actress, producer of the THE GUILD .. gets conatacted by BIOWARE to do a script for a webisode series and make herself part of DLC ..... its so groovy. I mean really you wouldn't want to write your own script .. train for hours at martial arts .. pump your arm muscles up to be 'butcher' and then have yourself motion captured to star in a video game? If you said no ... well you must not be a gamer chick or a guy that appreciates gamer chicks! I know I do lol!. So take a step back from ... OMG I didnt like DA2, and look at this project for what it is .. gamer makes her own DLC toon, script and webisode .. its just too cool for school for me.

Not a fan of DA2 but I appreciate gamer chicks. =D And Felicia Day is pretty cool too (fan of The Guild).

I have dragon age 1 and the expansion (haven't played it in ages). I haven't picked up DA2. Love Felicia Day in The Guild. Gotta start watching Season 5 :)
