Tormentor's Band on the Marketplace

Has anyone seen Morigana around? I tried to contact this player a while ago to find out what augment they would like on the Band, but have not received a response.

Is there a point where a request falls off the Marketplace if the order is never picked up?

I had claimed this order as well and sent her in game emails to try to get an augment before I made it - this was a couple weeks ago .. I sent her and additional email and then unclaimed it. I think it may be a dead order.
