There are multiple Guardian-side 10-man raid groups running, but there are quite a few Gaiscioch out there who want to participate in the 10-mans yet haven't had the opportunity. My suggestion is that some aspiring leader establish another 10-man raid on the Guardian side, since those now existing are pretty much full-up. I hope someone (Tiernan? Jibbsstr?) takes me up on this suggestion...

For you or any Gaiscioch member interested in raiding and willing to look outside of the guild to a Tuatha alliance member, Knights of The Vigil will soon be looking for a handfull of additional raiders to help us begin learning the 10-man raid zones. I will be posting more information in the next week or two. My background with Gaiscioch goes back to WAR where I was an active member for a few months (until RL got in the way!). I have many fond memories of following Fog around for hours taking keeps and generally causing mayhem. In Rift we enjoy running with you all and would love to have some of the Gaiscioch family join us in raiding!
When I first joined, there was only one 10 man group. Myself and Wildflower set up a regular group each at around the same time and both have been successful in GP and DH. Now there are tons of them going! You should just start your own as there will be enough interest, I am sure. I found the key to keeping it going was communication via forums and in game mail, and always having one or two people on a back-up list so they could be rotated in when regulars could not make it. But yeah, the best way if you are super keen is to organise it yourself, because if you wait for other people to do it for you, it may not happen. Or the times may not conincide with when you play. Good luck, if you need help with boss strats you can ask any of the group leaders, we would be happy to help. (From memory that would be myself, Bentmer, Opaline, Elsimer, Wildflower, Nomadsoul, Rayvana and probaly a few others I have forgotten!)
I'm interested in joining a 10 man or 20 man team that runs on either Monday, Tues, or Wed nights. On Monday's I can play after 6pm server and Tues and Wed I can play after 4pm server. I see that Wild has a group going on Wed, but that maybe full. Are there any other teams out there running on these days? Thanks! Gwen
My team is starting it's 11th week of raiding together. Over that time we have had several raiders who have moved on to join Bentmer's 20 man raids for GSB/RoS and Hammerknell, and more will continue to do so as we get everyone fully T3 (Mark's and/or drops) geared. I will continue to support people joining us for T3 gearing and seeing what raiding is like and encourage anyone who is interested in learning 10 man raid content that want to get their feet wet with an easy going, focused, and fun group to sign up. I use those sign-ups to find guest raiders on nights we are short due to real life obligations and many guest raiders have gone on to become permanent full time members of the team. I also second the encouragement to start your own group as well though if you are not able to find something that fits for you! Sometimes that is all it takes to get things rolling. ;)
I spoke with Jepps last night, and I believe he is going to try to setup a 10 man group for those who want something on Monday, Tues, or Wed nights. If your interested in this time of the week let him know. I believe we're going to try for a time that works well for eastern/central time zone folks.
