We normally make blueberry lemon preserve, a strawberry jam, apple butter and a mimosa marmalade. This year we are also making a peach bellini and a strawberry margarita(which is like our jam but has lime and tequilla in it)
Our standard pickles are sweet heat pickles(a candied dill pickle that is sweet than hot), garlic dill, garlic dill with jalapeno added, pickled garlic, pickled jalapeno, pickled okra, pickled okra with jalapeno and dill beans. This year we also made bread and butter zuchini and candied jalapeno. Our first small batch of candied jalapeno was so popular with our coworkers we sold out before making to a show.
