Podcast?

I am a former WoW player and you could get all the information you needed from The Instance podcast. Their motto was "so you don't have to". They would read all the patch notes and break it down for you. They kept you up-to-date on what the rumors were about what may be coming. Just a great all around podcast. Any suggestions on a good podcast that does the same for Rift?
