Marketplace Confussion

I have been trying to post an order on the marketplace under my main, Kittara. Well I write a comment and it always defaults to my alt and the reward is 40/w/e instead of the 400/whatever. It's for the Brig Chest piece with player aug supplied and I'll check and see what mats I have. Is the comment. I've tried more times than I can count to try to send to ME and get the right reward but the website always wants to default to the last alt I claimed and give the wrong reward.

I've checked and double checked and triple checked to make sure that I am the char to send it to and always defaults to another alt.

Help please.

At the top of the customize page is a "Send To" This page does not read the drop down from the first page as it's a link to the customize item version of that page. I've tested it and it works fine you just need to pay attention to the "Send To" drop down.
