Artisan Leveling Bug?

I remember hearing a guildie as about this about a month ago, and I just experienced it myself.

Started out at Artisan level 3, and filled an order that put me over the amount that should have raised me to Artisan level 4. I see that I'm a good % into my new level, but the number itself did not change.

Is this something that updates overnight or did I find an issue?

Leadership, Fellowship, exploreration, lore and artisan ranks get promoted at 1am every morning. This is because it generates a news block about the promotion and if we had this realtime our server would give us the middle finger after telara saga or telaras last stand.
