Getting credit for donations and workorder fulfillment

Perhaps I'm ignorant of how the system works, but at least a week ago I sent many mats in to Don for the Guardian side guild bank and yesterday I filled several materials requests for Defiant side. Yet I haven't seen my vault contribution change that entire time.

Am I doing something incorrectly?

1. Make sure the character your sending donations from is claimed. 2. On the materials fullfillment, go to your workbench and click. "Sent". You won't get credit untill you do. 3. Donations can take up to 30 days to show up. We get about 100 mails per day and process around 4000 individual items per day.

Thanks, Ben. I suppose I should have kept track of everything myself - there were only three workorders there for me to click on "sent" (though I sent more). Ah well.
